After spending the first half of his career focusing on insurance defense and coverage work, and the second half shifting to representing more plaintiffs in personal injury matters, he has always maintained a foot in both worlds.  Jack has developed a balanced, practical perspective that serves parties well in mediation.

Since becoming a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Listed General Civil Mediator in 2018, he has helped resolve a wide range of disputes—from tort and insurance cases to business, employment, healthcare liability, and probate matters. Jack is known for blending facilitative and evaluative approaches to help people find solutions that make sense. He also volunteers his time mediating through the Mid-South Community Justice and Mediation Center.
